As individuals within the team, we must always follow existing procedures and policies and assure we do it right the first time, every time. As a team, we must strive to wisely improve our products and processes for the future.

Allstar Joinery recognises the value of robust quality systems, and have adopted the ISO 9001 standard as the template for our design process and manufacturing systems. It is our intent to be fully compliant with the ISO 9001 standard, and we have staff that are experienced with the standard and registration process.

Our philosophy is one of constant improvement and emphasising quality at the source mentality. Innovation and independent thinking are encouraged, resulting in enhancements to process, service, and product quality.

AFTER CARE ASSURANCE

After Sales Assurance is important because from conception to completion we always put our customers first. The very same applies to completed projects or installed products.

We pride ourselves on integrity and will do our utmost to assist or help navigate any after sales enquiries that may arise.
