As the capital city of Scotland, Edinburgh has seen many changes over the last few decades regarding new commercial buildings for government, corporations, and institutions either refurbishment or fit-out projects. The retail sector from has gone through a regeneration over the years ranging from many new retail banking fit-outs, retail bank refurbishments to retail shopfitting and retail shop refurbishments.

Edinburgh is Allstar Joinery’s second home when it comes to carrying out bespoke commercial joinery and shopfitting projects. Contracts have been completed for Elliot House Student Accommodation, which overlooks the Royal Terrace Gardens with amazing views of Calton Hill in Edinburgh. The student accommodation is close to Princes Street, the Royal Mile, and Edinburgh Castle.  Allstar Joinery bespoke commercial joinery and shopfitting projects that have been completed to date in Edinburgh City Centre and surrounding Lothian region including:

  • Barclays Bank Plc – Princes Street, Edinburgh.

Full new retail bank fit-out of an empty unit in an old building. Main contractor ISG Plc

  • Nando’s – Straiton Retail Park, Edinburgh.

Bespoke manufacture and full restaurant fit-out of an empty retail unit. Main contractor McGoff & Byrne Ltd.

  • Halifax Bank Plc – Edinburgh.

Full new bank retail fit-out of an empty unit in an old build building.  Main Contractor Havelock Europa Ltd

  • Elliot House Student Accommodation – Hillside Crescent, Edinburgh.

Old office block changed into student accommodation. Allstar Joinery completed works regarding stud partitions, ceilings, and floors in the whole building.

  • Marriot Hotel – Glasgow Road, Corstorphine, Edinburgh.

Refurbishment and joinery works were carried out to the rear reception area of the hotel leisure centre.
